This policy explains what Formidus LLC (“Formidus”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit formidus.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Effective October 2, 2026.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, email us, or call, we receive the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and your message.
- Basic visit information. Like most websites, ours records standard technical details such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, browser and device type, and approximate location based on IP address. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
- Spam protection. When a contact form is submitted, your IP address is used briefly to prevent repeated automated submissions.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To prepare proposals and communicate with you about a project.
- To keep the website secure and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business and this website, such as our web host, email provider, and website statistics provider, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Cookies and third-party services
This site does not use advertising cookies. It may set cookies needed for the site to function and to count visits. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google. Links to other websites, including client and sample sites, are governed by those sites’ own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business communications, and client project information for as long as we work together and as required for tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email or call us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
