Water heater in the attic let go on a Friday night. They had a shutoff on it within the hour and a new one in by Saturday afternoon. The price was the price they texted me. Not a penny more.
Plumbing trouble? We hop to it.
Flat-rate plumbers out of Weatherford. Same-day across Parker County, and the price goes on paper before we touch a thing.
A person answers. Text a picture of the leak and we'll usually quote it from the photo.

Five things that break in Parker County houses.
We've been under sinks from Aledo to Springtown since 2011. The same problems come up every week, and the fix is usually smaller than people fear.

01
Slab leaks from our clay soil
The black clay under most of the county swells every time it rains and shrinks every August. Copper lines under the slab don't care for that. The first sign is a warm spot on the floor or a water bill that jumped for no reason.
The fix Find it with acoustic and pressure testing, then reroute the line overhead. Nine times out of ten, no jackhammer and no torn-up floor.Detection$295 -
02
Hard water eating your fixtures
Weatherford water runs hard. That white crust on the faucet is also growing inside your water heater, your shower valve and your dishwasher. It's why heaters here die at 8 years instead of 12.
The fix Annual heater flush, or a softener sized for your house. We'll test your hardness on the spot, free, and tell you if it's worth it.Heater flush$129 -
03
The water heater in the attic
Most homes built here after 2000 put the heater above the ceiling. When a 50-gallon tank lets go up there, it's a bedroom ceiling and a week of fans. Check the pan under yours. If it's dry-rotted or missing a drain line, you're on borrowed time.
The fix New pan, drain and a leak-shutoff valve, or replace it before it goes. 50-gallon tank replaced, hauled off and permitted, same week.Tank replacement from$1,850 -

Well pumps and pressure tanks
Out past Peaster, Brock and Millsap you're on a well, and most plumbers won't touch it. Low pressure, a pump that short-cycles, air spitting from the tap: usually a waterlogged tank or a tired pressure switch, not the pump.
The fix We service pressure tanks, switches, check valves and the plumbing side of the pump. If it's the pump itself, we'll tell you straight and get the well company out.Diagnostic$149 -

Hard freezes
February 2021 taught everybody. Hose bibs, attic lines and the outdoor heater closet are where it breaks. A freeze check in November is the cheapest plumbing you'll ever buy, and if you skip it, we're a phone call away in January.
The fix Insulate exposed lines, swap hose bibs for frost-free ones, show you your shutoff. Book it in the fall. Burst-pipe calls get the same flat rate, day or night.Freeze check$89
Straight prices. On paper. Before we start.
No hourly meter. Every number here is the whole number: parts, labor, cleanup and a two-year guarantee. If it turns out bigger once we open it up, we stop and re-quote, and you can say no.

I started Roo Blue in 2011 with one van and a phone that I answered myself. Fourteen years on, I still answer it. We stay small on purpose: two trucks, two plumbers, no commissioned salesman pushing you a $4,000 tankless you don't need.
Why the kangaroo? Our first van had a dent in the door that looked exactly like one. Customers named it before we did.

Rated by people you probably know.
Two companies told me my slab leak meant tearing up the kitchen. Cody found it, rerouted through the attic, and I kept my floor. Wore shoe covers the whole time.
We're on a well out by Brock and nobody wants to come this far. Jess had our pressure tank sorted in under an hour and showed my husband what to watch for. Finally, a plumber who'll drive out here.
